A Request for ~chibitracy

She wanted a pic of her character name Icy the Penguin and he's a cute little fella. :thumbsup:>w<

For now on I think I'm sticking up with this solid Hard brushing style, but I didn't like how the background turned out. Not much work on it, just took me hour to make, solid! :thumbsup::aww:

Any thoughts??

Very sweet take on this character! I especially like those big blue eyes, how can anyone not like that? Nice work on the background too, I see what you've done with the hard brush. Personally, I think it turned out pretty good.:nod: :thumbsup:

Of course, that brilliance aside, pretty nice work! I see you did quite a nice job with this character, simple cuteness. I'd say that's probably what gives this character additional charm through your style, that being it's simplicity. Well done there!
